Please carefully review this Privacy Policy. By accessing our Site, you are agreeing to this and are expressing that you have been given reasonable access to review this Policy prior to your continued use of our Site. This Agreement is binding as of the date you access our Site.

Grounds for Data Collection.

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and for providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject. When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.

Sources of Information.

We collect two types of information and data from Users that engage with our Site.

1)   The first type of information is unidentified and non-identifiable information about a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information that is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain hardware and software information (e.g. language preference, the type of browser and operating system your device uses, access time, etc.) to enhance the functionality and personalization of our Site. We may also collect information on your activity on the Site (e.g. actions, pages viewed, clicks, online browsing, etc.).

a)   Device Information: We collect Personal Information from your device. Such information includes IP address, geolocation data, unique identifiers (e.g. MAC address and UUID), and other information related to your activity through the Site.

2)  The second type of information is Personal Information which is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual. We receive your Personal Information from a variety of sources:

a)   When you voluntarily provide us with your personal details; when you create an account, sign up for a newsletter, contact our Company, submit correspondence or inquiries to our Company through the Website, forms, or surveys, or when you purchase a product or service.

b)   When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services;

c)   From third-party providers, services, and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors and social media sites).

Before you submit personal information, it is important to pay attention to what is required and what is optional. By providing us with your information, you agree that it is correct, personal to you (and no one else whose permission has not been given), and complete.

Site users may also post or submit content (“Submissions”) on the Site including, but not limited to reviews, comments, testimonials, and discussions.

We deeply appreciate when our clients and Site users allow us to use their posted submissions and information to promote our products/services, enhance our user’s experience, and reach a new audience. We could not effectively reach and serve new audiences without their public support and advocacy!

However, please be aware that your submissions are transmitted to our Site and disseminated to others at your own risk. The Company has no control over how other third parties and users interact with your submissions.
